You complete a government-ID and liveness check with our verification provider. DatSov never holds the document itself.

Screening and review
A named reviewer screens the application against sanctions, politically-exposed-person and adverse-media sources, and records the decision.

Approval, then payment
Only on approval is a single-use payment link issued for your edition. Approval cannot be skipped.

Each device is built and provisioned for you individually, so the usual 14-day right to change your mind does not apply once we begin building. You can cancel free of charge at any time before then — normally within two working days of payment. This does not affect your rights if something is faulty or not as described.
