These terms govern your use of this website and the services offered through it. DatSov is a trading name of ProSolve Ltd. ProSolve Ltd is registered in England & Wales under company number 13955695, registered office 483 Green Lanes, London, England, N13 4BS. By accessing this site or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

DatSov provides security consultancy, governance advisory, private infrastructure, and hardened hardware. The scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written statement of work or order confirmation, which takes precedence over general website content in the event of a conflict.

Descriptions, capabilities, and indicative figures published on this site are provided for information only and do not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee of any specific outcome.

Prices shown may be presented in different currencies depending on your region. Prices shown are the total amount payable and include any applicable taxes. Nothing further is added at checkout. Payment terms for engagements are set out in the relevant statement of work. Retainer services are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled in accordance with your agreement.

Online payments are processed by Stripe Inc. (354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco CA 94080, USA). Clicking a Buy Now button on this site will open Stripe's hosted checkout at buy.stripe.com in a new browser tab. The Sovereign Phone range is not sold this way — devices are supplied only after verification, on the separate Terms of Sale. By proceeding to checkout you are also subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Stripe's terms. We do not store or process your payment card details.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or probe our systems outside our published responsible-disclosure process.
• Misrepresent your identity or authority when engaging us or submitting information.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

All content on this site — including text, diagrams, logos, and the DatSov and ProSolve Ltd names — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. Deliverables produced during an engagement are governed by the licence terms set out in the relevant statement of work.

We treat information disclosed during enquiries and engagements as confidential and expect the same in return. Specific confidentiality obligations, including any non-disclosure agreement, are set out in your engagement documentation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
