Private LLMs, deployed on your soil.
DatSov deploys open-weight large language models on your own hardware or UK-soil sovereign infrastructure — air-gap capable, zero external data exposure, fixed prices published up front. AI capability without handing your data to someone else's cloud.
The model comes to the data — never the reverse.
Every cloud AI API is a data export. For organisations whose contracts, regulators or common sense forbid that, the answer is a model that lives where the data lives.
Your hardware or UK soil
Deployed to your own on-premise servers or DatSov-managed UK-datacentre infrastructure — never a US hyperscaler tenancy. The model, the weights, and every prompt stay inside your jurisdiction.
Air-gap capable
For the strictest environments the entire stack runs disconnected: open-weight models, local inference, local embeddings. Nothing calls home, because there is nothing to call.
Open-weight, no lock-in
Built on open-weight model families you can inspect, fine-tune and replace. You own the deployment; swapping models is a configuration change, not a re-procurement.
Fixed prices, published
Deployment from £9,950, hosting £795/mo, fully managed £395/mo — on the record, before you talk to anyone. The architecture call scopes the work; it does not hide the price.
Fixed prices, on the record.
All prices in GBP. DatSov is not currently VAT registered — the price shown is the amount payable.
PRIVATE LLM DEPLOYMENT — FROM £9,950
Full private LLM deployment on sovereign infrastructure with zero external data exposure: model selection, inference stack, security hardening, and handover with complete documentation.
DOCUMENT INTELLIGENCE / CHATBOT — FROM £7,450
Retrieval-augmented document intelligence or an internal chatbot over your own corpus, deployed on your infrastructure — answers grounded in your documents, not the public internet.
LLM HOSTING & MANAGEMENT — £795/MO
Ongoing hosting, patching, model updates and capacity management of your private deployment on UK-soil infrastructure.
AI MANAGED SERVICE — £395/MO
Fully managed service covering deployment health, monitoring, evaluation and iteration — a standing AI capability without a standing AI team.
AI READINESS AUDIT — £1,950
Not sure what your data allows? The audit maps your use-cases, data sensitivity and infrastructure options into a sovereign-first roadmap before any deployment is bought.
Private LLM deployment, answered.
Why deploy a private LLM instead of using a cloud AI API?+
Because with an API, every prompt — and often the documents behind it — leaves your estate and your jurisdiction. A private LLM on your own hardware or UK-soil infrastructure keeps client data, legal material and trade secrets inside your control, satisfies data-residency obligations, and removes exposure to foreign-access regimes such as the US CLOUD Act.
What does a private LLM deployment cost in the UK?+
DatSov's fixed prices: Private LLM Deployment from £9,950 one-off, LLM Hosting & Management £795 per month, or a fully managed AI service at £395 per month. An AI Readiness Audit is £1,950 if you want the roadmap before committing. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT; DatSov is not currently VAT registered so the price shown is the amount payable.
Can it run fully air-gapped?+
Yes. The stack is built on open-weight models with local inference and local embeddings, so it can operate on a network with no internet route at all. Air-gapped deployments are scoped in the architecture call.
Which models do you deploy?+
Open-weight model families selected for the use-case and the hardware budget — inspectable, fine-tunable and replaceable. We deliberately avoid architectures that weld you to one vendor's model or one cloud's GPUs.
What hardware do we need?+
It depends on model size and concurrency. Deployments run on your existing on-premise servers where viable, on new hardware we specify, or on DatSov-managed UK-datacentre infrastructure. The sizing exercise is part of the deployment, not an extra.
Who is this for?+
UK organisations that want AI capability without surrendering data: law firms, financial services, healthcare, defence-adjacent suppliers, and any SME whose client contracts or regulators demand that data stays on UK soil.
Scope your private deployment.
Bring the use-case and the data-sensitivity constraints. You will speak directly with the lead who would own the deployment — not a sales desk.
